Potato, cucumber, chickpea salad with mustard sauce dressing


1 cup cooked black chickpea
½ cup cucumber diced
¼ cup boiled and mash potato
Coriander for garnishing

For dressing:

1 tbsp mustard sauce
½ tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
2 tbsp olive oil


Combine all dressing ingredients in large bowl and mix it well. Add chickpea, cucumber and mash potato mix it well and serve chilled. Garnish with coriander.
