Hi Purviben,
DeleteWelcome to my food world. And thanks to follow me. Hope you will enjoy my cooking.
Hi Hetal,
ReplyDeleteI am also a Gujarati Jain. Before marriage I had no clue of cooking as I was very job oriented. Now, Im married and check the websites & manage my cooking. After marriage I stay with my hubby in Singapore so I don't have the opportunity to stay with my in-laws who live in India. Paryushan is coming and what worries me is "what variety to cook" with limited access to ingredients.
I will be happy if you can post (if not many than few) recipes that can be cooked during paryushan.
I hope you know during paryushan (8days)we jains dont consume roots (carrots, onions, potatoes, garlic, etc) and no green vegetables (like palak, methi, dudhi, french beans etc.)
Hi Hetal,
ReplyDeleteI am new to cooking as I stay in Singapore after marriage & in-laws stay in India. I am Gujarati Jain & paryushan is coming soon. Please post some variety of recipes that I can cook during those 8 days.
Thanks
Dhara
