Spinach Tomato Soup


Ingredients:

1 bunch blanched spinach
2 tomatoes blanched
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp oil
Salt to taste

Method:

Combine tomato and spinach in grinder and make smooth pure. Heats the oil in a pan add garlic paste and sauté for second, add tomato and spinach pure and salt boil for 2 minutes. Serve hot with sweet corn pander salad...
