Hi friends how are
you all ? After long time i am back. I was busy with family, friends and some
new opportunity (will share with all of you very soon). My today's post is
Avocado Shake. Avocado is very high in fiber content and vitamins with
a rich buttery flavor.
Ingredients:
1 ripe, peeled and
pitted avocado
2 tbsp honey
2 cup milk
Ice cubes
Method:
Combine all the
ingredients in blender and make smooth puree. Serve chilled in two long glasses.
this is my favorite drink anytime... looks so yummy...
